We’re so inspired by you and have loved coming alongside you as you keep up your commitment to yourselves each month! If you’re new or didn’t join in on the challenge we’d love to hear your goals and walk with you as you crush them! Nothing makes us happier than talking to clients who once couldn’t hold a plank and now don’t come out for the entire 90 seconds, or people who couldn’t touch the ground during stretch are now flexible and can rest their chest towards the carpet!
