Having the family over today for pool day and Sunday dinner. My brother brought some pork belly so I decided to make crispy pork belly. I like only seasoning with salt and cook on a wire rack so some of the fat drips off. I cooked at 375F for 2 hours and broiled for 4-5 minutes. #crispyporkbelly
