This is my nephew Sterling. He’s fought one of the toughest battles imaginable… and today, I finally get to share some good news.. May 2024 he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. I’m sharing his story with his permission and his parents to raise awareness and share how our family overcame such a life altering event. The smile on his face knowing this would be the last time they would “make him sleep” (even though checkups are every month) his port was removed and it’s time to heal! The doctors cleared him to start sports.. And because he watched his super cool aunty train in boxing for the last 2 years, he wanted to try it out for himself! He instantly loved the sport and so we signed him up....
