A little update on my talent management journey… I love creating content, and thought it could be nice to have more support with contracts, rates, strategy and all the behind the scenes admin. I was open to trying management, but when it came time to sign, I felt more nervous than excited and realized it wasn’t the right fit for me right now. I’m not closed to it in the future, just trusting my gut for now and seeing what happens. Maybe it means I don’t take on as many brand deals because my time is limited but honestly that’s ok. It helps me be much more intentional about what I say yes to. I also want to say thank you, thank you for being here and supporting me through all of this.
