A western North Carolina man could spend nearly 32 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to child sex crimes that occurred between 2015 and 2020. The Swain County Sheriff's Office said Keith Richard Fulford Jr. was sentenced on July 27 in Swain County Superior Court for first-degree statutory sex and two counts of indecent liberties with a child.
