This week, Tempe’s Junior Lifeguard Rose is back to talk about the final letter in our SPLASH water safety acronym! ❤️ H – Help and How to Rescue Rose met up with Captain Kevin Johnston from Tempe Fire Medical Rescue to talk about what to do if someone is in trouble in or around the water. Knowing how to get help quickly, calling 911 and understanding safe rescue steps can make a lifesaving difference. Tempe Fire Medical Rescue also offers monthly CPR classes where community members can learn lifesaving skills and gain the confidence to respond in an emergency.
