Parts-delivery robots are already rolling through some service departments, quietly grabbing brake pads while the humans argue at the counter. The case for them is strongest in a high-volume shop with a big footprint and a slim parts team. In a smaller shop, a tech on foot might just outrun the robot. We couldn't fully agree on this one ourselves, though we did agree a drink-dispensing robot would rank higher.
