When Ryan Murphy called up each of his legacy #AmericanHorrorStory stars to ask them if they would return for the upcoming 13th season, he couldn’t even get out the full question.⁠ ⁠ “I couldn’t get the sentence out of my mouth fast enough: ‘Will you come back…’ ‘Yes.’ I was like, ‘Well, OK,'” Murphy tells THR with a laugh. That even included Jessica Lange, who hadn’t starred on the hit horror anthology in a series regular role since season four’s 'Freak Show.'⁠ ⁠ But Lange said yes.
