Lamb Of God, Bloodstock 2026 LIVE REVIEW: Within the small handful of certainties that there are in this life, Lamb of God delivering absolute devastation surely is the most fun. This is the band’s second headline slot at Bloodstock, and few out there are more fitting to celebrate 25 years of this special festival or demonstrate the timeless and tenacious power of heavy music at its peak. It’s an accolade they have been wearing proudly for some 30 years, but tonight, the ante feels even more turned up. Perhaps it has something to do with the opening gambit of ‘Ruin’ and ‘Laid To Rest’ setting an unreachable precedent immediately, the continued influence of their riffs felt in abundance and delivered with sheer grit and gusto. Perhaps it is the flair and drama that now bolsters this battery, as towering fire and shimmering sparks surround the ensemble during fresh additions ‘Into Oblivion’ and ‘Blunt Force Blues’.
