Growing up with an older sister, who was a Zeta at Charlotte, and coming to college knowing no one, I immediately knew I wanted to join a sorority and find a sisterhood of my own. Before walking into each sorority during recruitment, my nerves were through the roof. But as soon as I walked into Zeta, those nerves disappeared. The girls that welcomed me at the door instantly made me feel comfortable, it felt like we had known each other for years. Every conversation I had made me want to join Zeta even more. I saw the way they genuinely showed up for one another, the strong leadership within the chapter, and the close-knit sisterhood I was hoping to find.
