Today I had the opportunity to spend time with the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials, often the first point of contact during someone’s worst day. When you call 911, they’re the calm voice on the other endgathering critical information, providing direction, and bringing stability in moments of uncertainty. Excellence in this work isn’t optional. It takes focus, composure, and the ability to perform under extraordinary pressure, day after day. It was an honor to spend time with this group and learn more about the impact they make every single day.
