New ice cream alert, San Antonio! Bruster’s Ice Cream is now open on Potranco Road, and after trying it, I can definitely see why people have been so excited. The homemade ice cream, fresh waffle cones, and generous scoops did not disappoint! Their Grand Opening is happening Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so be sure to check my Story for all the details and special offers. We loved trying flavors like Cookies & Cream, Chocolate Peanut Butter Buckeye, Strawberry Cheesecake, Mint Chocolate Chip, and of course, classic Chocolate. The Turtle Sundae was also a favorite! With more than 24 rotating flavors made fresh, homemade waffle cones, sundaes, candy-filled blasts, thick milkshakes, and even ice cream cakes, there’s something for everyone.
