What happens when more than 500 young leaders from across North Carolina come together for one week? Leadership, service, and lifelong memories. NC 4-H Congress 2026 brought together delegates from across the state for a week of leadership development, service, competition, and celebration. Throughout the week, delegates participated in educational workshops, service-learning opportunities, officer elections, recognition ceremonies, and networking events designed to strengthen their leadership skills and prepare them to make a positive impact in their communities. Congress also celebrated the accomplishments of North Carolina 4-H members through state competitions, scholarships, awards, and the recognition of graduating 4-H seniors. The week concluded with the election of the 2026–2027 North Carolina State 4-H Officer Team, marking the beginning of another year of youth leadership across the state. This year's theme, "Lights.
