ARM INJURIES ARE AT AN ALL TIME HIGH😬 And what the most confusing part about the entire issue is, if you ask 20 different pitching coaches and strength/ conditioning coaches whats causing the problem… you’ll get 20 different answers🤷🏽♂️ In my opinion (and I could be wrong) anytime someone is using velocity as the main data point to show “progress” in their development… its going to increase the risk of injury. Unfortunately in baseball, velocity is something thats required to compete as we move up in levels, so telling a player to just not focus on it at all isn’t the answer either. Hopefully we learn more in the future to keep young throwers healthy and enjoying the game⚾️📈 onthesubjectpodcast 🎙️🔥
