Used a csaffitz recipe I’ve been putting off because I didn’t want to do the pre-ferment lol. As expected, this took ALL DAY LONG but the dough was an absolute dream to work with. (And I should have made two loaves but the recipe said one and now here we are) Shabbat shalom, neighbors 🫶
