💜 In celebration of AAPI Month we debut with Anna May Wong 💜 Anna May Wong was considered to be the first Chinese-American film star in Hollywood. She had a career in silent film, sound film, television, stage, and radio. From 1919 to 1960 she starred in over 60 films. Though she was cast in many stereotypical roles, she was still able to become one of the first Asian Americans to have a successful career in Hollywood.
