#NEWS - Prosecutors are raising serious allegations against influencer #AshTrevino, claiming she maintained relationships with more than 50 inmates over the past several years, including individuals incarcerated for violent offenses such as aggravated robbery and murder. Court documents also accuse Trevino of “panhandling” on TikTok by allegedly requesting money in exchange for disclosing health information involving a dependent. Prosecutors further criticized her social media activity, alleging she participated in sexually explicit videos and livestreams. Trevino was arrested in December 2025 on active warrants and later released on bond. She was taken back into custody in March after allegedly violating the conditions of her release. She has been charged with welfare fraud and healthcare fraud.
