He doesn’t know what strong means yet. He just knows what he sees. Looking good matters to me. I’m not gonna pretend it doesn’t. But being fit as a parent was never just about how I look in the mirror. It’s about what your kid is absorbing every single day without you saying a word. He sees me show up for him with love and giggles even when I’m tired AF. He sees me choose myself by going to the gym on broken sleep, when it would be so much easier not to. He sees his mom's determination by the actions I take everyday not the excuses I make. And one day he won’t remember the pushup. He won’t remember the workout. But he’ll remember what STRONG looked like from his mom.💪 For me, being fit isn’t optional when you’re a parent. It’s how you raise a strong, healthy boy and our future generation who respects their body and their health. It’s always been a non negotiable for me. Lead by example.
