The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after several dead cats were found at a home in Morristown.
Deputies responded Wednesday night to a house near Highway 60 and London Road. MCSO described it as a difficult situation and has not released much beyond that.
Here is the honest state of it. Nobody knows how many cats were found. Nobody has said how deputies learned about them. No one has been named, arrested or charged with anything, and MCSO has not said a crime occurred. Several dead animals at a home can mean a lot of different things, including a hoarding situation or a person who could no longer care for them, and none of that is established yet either.
So before the comments go where they always go, a request. Do not name anybody. Do not post an address. Do not go looking.
