Just one day after Salad And Go announced it was closing every remaining location, court filings revealed what could replace them. Boersma Bros, LLC, a company tied to the founders of Dutch Bros, agreed to purchase Salad And Go’s assets for $105 million. The deal includes the leases and equipment at all 70 drive-thru locations across Arizona and Nevada. The locations are expected to be converted into Dutch Bros serving coffee, drinks and food. Court documents say the existing drive-thru layouts mean major alterations may not be necessary. A $10 million deposit has already been paid, with the remaining balance due when the deal closes. Does Arizona really need this many more Dutch Bros? 😭☕️ Send us your stories to be featured on the page. #Arizona #DutchBros #SaladAndGo #Phoenix #ArizonaNews
