The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Tuesday and says all 70 remaining drive-thrus across Arizona and Nevada serve their last customers Wednesday. It started in Gilbert back in 2013 on a pretty simple idea, fresh food priced like fast food, out a drive-thru window with barely a building attached. For a stretch there it felt like one was going up on every other corner in the Valley. The collapse was fast. There were 146 stores at the end of 2024. Forty-one closed last September. In January the chain shut every Texas and Oklahoma location, cut a commissary, and moved its headquarters back to Arizona specifically to refocus on its home market.
