“High protein” on the front doesn’t always mean it’s a good choice for weight loss. 👀
A lot of peanut butter brands highlight protein on the packaging.
But flip the jar around and you’ll often find something very different:
✔️ High calories
✔️ High fat
✔️ Much less protein per serving than people expect
Peanut butter is a nut butter, not a high-protein food.
The biggest mistake? Buying food based on the front of the pack instead of the nutrition label.
👉 Before you buy any packaged food, always check:
• Calories
• Protein
• Fat
• Serving size
Marketing is on the front. The truth is on the back.
