For people struggling to find time to cook and reduce ultraprocessed foods, food author Michael Pollan says it has to become a priority. “We make time for the things we value. Just in the last, what, since 2008, we’ve made several hours of the day available to look at our phones and screens,” he says. “Where’d we find that time?” “Feeding your children food you know will contribute to their health. It’s just too important to let fall by the wayside because of convenience,” says Pollan. He encourages people to cook at home more often: “If you don’t do it, ever, do it once a week. If you do it once a week, do it twice a week.” #ultraprocessedfood #health #michaelpollan #nutrition
