We want to be very clear, we do not know what happened before this video started or what happened after, and we do not know whether the woman involved knew the man. But what we can see on camera is the officer approaching from behind and deploying a Taser without any apparent warning before firing it. Was there something happening off camera that led up to this? Was the officer justified in using a Taser at that moment? Or should there have been a verbal warning first? There is still a lot we do not know, which is why we want to hear from you.
