A stick with a story. This weekend in Boston, Coulter Mackesy took the field with a very special stick. We had the honor of creating a Red Bandanna stick in memory of Welles Crowther ,the “Man in the Red Bandanna” , whose courage and selflessness on 9/11 continue to inspire generations. Welles was a lacrosse player, a Boston College alum, and someone who believed in looking out for the person next to you. Coulter carried that spirit onto the field in Boston this weekend for the Boston Cannons. Two games. Two wins. And a Red Bandanna that carried a much bigger meaning.
