☀️ 🍦Day 17 of our 30 DAYS OF SUMMER 🍦☀️ MAKE YOUR OWN ICE CREAM… IN A BAG! This might be one of our favourite summer activities yet because the kids didn’t just decorate their own ice cream… they actually MADE it! No ice-cream machine. No freezing overnight. Just a few simple ingredients, a bag of ice and a LOT of shaking 😂 FOR EACH CHILD: 🍦 100ml double cream 🍦 50g sweetened condensed milk 🍦 ½ tsp vanilla extract YOU’LL ALSO NEED: 🧊 Half a large bag of ice 🧂 4–6 tbsp table salt 🥄 1 small zip-lock bag 🥄 1 large zip-lock/freezer bag 🍓 Any toppings you fancy! Add the cream, condensed milk and vanilla to the small bag. Squeeze out most of the air and seal it really well. Half-fill the larger bag with ice and add the salt. Pop the sealed little bag inside, (try to put it in the middle of the ice) seal it up and then SHAKE/ ROLL/ SHIMMY!
