The beef short rib oil splashed hand-pulled noodles were the standout: deeply flavorful, incredibly toothsome, and generous enough to share. We also devoured the mapo tofu rice bowl, uni & shrimp shumai, beef & onion shumai, and steaming baskets of xiao long bao.
