Nothing beats the heat like grilled peaches and ice cream 🍨 try it before summer ends! Recipe: -Start by splitting the peaches in half and remove the seed. -Fill the grill with a full chimney of lit charcoal and spread it out evenly. -Melt 1 stick of butter in a skillet, dip the inside of the peaches into the butter, then place them directly on the grill, skin side up. -While those char up, make the sauce by adding 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, and another stick of butter into the skillet, stirring until melted. -Once the peaches are charred, place them face down in the sauce, and paste them with the brown sugar and butter until they soften up. -Serve with vanilla ice cream, crushed pistachios, and drizzle the brown sugar butter sauce. #grilledpeaches #icecream #peaches #summerdessert #grilling
