The best repeatable Hyrox workout to see if you’re actually progressing
You don’t need a brand-new Hyrox workout every week.
You need a benchmark you can repeat and improve.
I like a workout that touches all 8 stations:
3 ROUNDS:
Round 1
1K Run
500m Ski Erg
25m Sled Push
25m Sled Pull
Round 2
1K Run
40m Burpee Broad Jumps
500m Row
100m Farmers Carry
Round 3
1K Run
50m Sandbag Lunges
50 Wall Balls
Now track it.
Total time.
Run splits.
Station splits.
Heart rate.
How you felt.
Then repeat it every few weeks under similar conditions.
Did you get faster?
Did the same pace feel easier?
Were your transitions better?
Did your final run hold up?
That tells me WAY more than doing another random workout you found online.
And here’s the important part:
This isn’t your entire Hyrox training week.
Around this benchmark, I’d still want:
3 runs — building your aerobic base and running fitness.
2 strength sessions — building and maintaining the strength you need for the station...
