Helicopter footage shared with the BBC shows a dust devil crossing the Kent landscape.
Dust devils are dust-filled vortexes of air that mainly occur where the ground is dry and high surface temperatures produce strong updrafts, according to the Met Office.
These conditions are typically found in desert and semi-arid areas.
