The Cadet Warfighter Instructor's Course (CWIC) at #USAFA develops cadets into instructors who return to their squadrons to strengthen expeditionary skills across the Cadet Wing. During three weeks of field training, cadets developed skills in: 🪖 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 🧭 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 🛰️ 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 "Our cadets will take these lessons back to their squadrons so we can actively build and retain that warfighting expertise throughout the Cadet Wing year-after-year," said C1C Ty Odom, CWIC commander.
