We’re very late to the viral Costco rotisserie chicken in a bag trend... but we finally tried it, and honestly... it’s SO GOOD! Here’s what we threw in (but this is definitely an eyeball it and taste as you go situation) ⬇️ 🐔 Costco rotisserie chicken (we only used the white meat because Dad is the only one who likes dark meat)
🥒 1½ Persian cucumbers, chopped
🌱 ½ bunch scallions, chopped
🥢 Soy sauce
🌶️ Chili oil 🍚 Bibigousa rice 
🔥 Chili crisp

🧂 Salt & pepper After our first taste, we added more soy sauce, chili crisp, and #Melindas, then made the executive group decision to scramble in 2 eggs (I’d probably do 3 next time).
