We were saddened to learn that former Justice Evelyn Wilson passed today. Chief Justice Eric Rosen, speaking on behalf of the Kansas Supreme Court, released a statement this evening. Wilson served on the Supreme Court from January 2020 to July 2025. That was after serving as district judge and chief judge in the 3rd Judicial District between 2004 and 2019. #KSCourts #KSLeg
