Chief Justice Eric Rosen gave his State of the Judiciary address on Tuesday to members of the Kansas House and Senate, statewide elected officials who attended, and to all Kansans via YouTube livestream. He spoke about courts collaborating with other branches of government to improve how courts serve Kansans, including people with substance use or mental health issues.
