This week, the Kansas Court of Appeals heard oral argument at the Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics at the University of Kansas School of Law. The special docket was part of the court's observance of #ConstitutionDay on September 17. The Court of Appeals hears oral arguments monthly at locations across Kansas.
