Nearly a week after Typhoon Mawar brought widespread damage to Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, more than 130 Red Crossers are on the ground helping residents by: ⛑️ Distributing relief supplies like clean-up kits, tarps and personal hygiene supplies. 🥘 Helping with feeding efforts at community-run shelters. 🫡 Supporting service members and their families at the military Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC) on Andersen Air Force Base and Navy Base Guam. 🐶 Partnering with local agencies for pet care and assistance. 📝 Assessing residential damage in affected communities.
