Head coach Mike Norvell mentioned that the defense “definitely won the day” on Sunday night’s scrimmage. This makes a ton of sense, as the defense should be a little bit ahead of the offense. Plus, running backs Ousmane Kromah and Sam Singleton Jr. with Tre Wisner out for the scrimmage with a minor injury. The defense has plenty of talent with the Desir Twins, Daniel Lyons, Rylan Kennedy, Chris Jones, Ja’Bril Rawls, and Ashlynd Barker.
