Regardless of whatever reason is holding you back, I promise you will grow and thank yourself later. To my beautiful, wonderful, fascinating sisters, I never believed it to be possible to have so many strong and empowering women in the same room. Five days ago, the strength and success in that room would have scared me. And it did. But I left inspired, grateful and so ready to take on what lies ahead.
