YEAR 1 My first year coaching professional football is officially in the books. We fell short of the ultimate goal of bringing a championship back to Jacksonville, but I’m proud of what we built, especially in that OL room. 11-6. Playoff berth. One of the top offensive fronts in the IFL. Two All-IFL offensive linemen. But beyond the accolades, I’m most proud of the growth, accountability, toughness and brotherhood that developed in that room.
