The 2024 NFL Draft trade between the Los Angeles Chargers and New England Patriots is painful to look back at. The LA Chargers traded back and got Ladd McConkey and Tarheeb Still, while the NE Patriots moved up to draft Ja’Lynn Polk. McConkey became QB Justin Herbert’s favorite target, having 77 catches for 1,054 yards as an NFL rookie wide receiver. Tarheeb Still is also a big piece of the Chargers defense, making this trade look like a steal for Jim Harbaugh and Los Angeles.
