Blue doesn't mean trust. Blue means bank.
Every color post gives you the same chart. Blue = trust. Red = urgency. Green = growth. Nobody has ever actually picked a color that way, because that isn't how any of it works.
Color doesn't hand people a feeling. It files you next to whoever trained them.
Blue got trained by Chase, Amex, PayPal and Intel. You inherit competent. You also inherit forgettable.
Red and yellow got trained by McDonald's, Wendy's and every clearance sticker ever printed. It moves units. It also caps what you're allowed to charge.
Black and white got trained by Chanel, Prada and Saint Laurent. No color at all. Having none to sell is what reads as expensive.
That's a price bracket, and you walked into it before anyone read a word about you.
Companies know this. T-Mobile has sued over magenta. Tiffany Blue is a registered trademark. Cadbury spent over a decade in UK courts fighting for purple.
So stop asking what your color means.
