Coordinated attack on the Gann Fire CAL FIRE is conducting a coordinated attack on the Gann Fire, utilizing both air and ground resources to aggressively contain the fire. As of this morning, more than 2,700 personnel are assigned to the incident. Assigned resources include: 🚒 247 engines 🚁 12 helicopters 🚜 46 dozers 💧 25 water tenders Firefighters are working around the clock to slow the fire’s spread, strengthen control lines and protect nearby communities.
