FOBO - is the modern workplace anxiety where workers worry their skills, experience, or job roles will lose relevance due to rapid advancements in artificial intelligence, automation, and shifting economic demands. I’m not gonna lie. I hear it all the time from designers. Friends, a lof of people from many professions will experience it soon. Our advantage is that we experience it as one of the first group.
