🚨NEW DRILL🚨 PALMS DOWNNN! Have been trying this at throwing the past two Mondays and we are noticing a BIG difference in the girls throws! Having a verbal que the girls can say out loud really helps them remember how something should be done which is why we are starting to incorporate the phrase “palms down” in some of our drills!!
