Perhaps the most special part of our world cruise test run... 💙 What you see in the photos is where we got married in Playa del Carmen, Mexico! 🇲🇽 (The resort was formerly known as The Royal, now a Hilton.) We didn't realize until mid-cruise that we would be in Cozumel the day after our wedding anniversary! So we hopped on the ferry over to Playa. We asked our cab driver if she could take us by where we got married. She did and even took a bunch of photos for us! It was so special 🥹 🔹️ We got married Feb 29, 2020 (leapyear!), right before the world shut down. For us and for many of our friends and family, it was the last travel adventure before not getting to travel for a very, very long time. 🔹️Additionally, Playa del Carmen continues to be that place that just feels like HOME for some unexplainable reason.
