ARIZONA AND NEW MEXICO | Two more states down in our travels from Vegas to Miami, where we will set sail on our world cruise. We've been following the historic Route 66 and had fun stopping at the continental divide - where rainfall flows toward the Pacific Ocean on the west side and toward the Atlantic Ocean on the east side. I have really fond memories of visiting the continental divide way up in the Rockies of Colorado where it's much easier to visualize the flow of water to the west or east. Here on the flat lands it was much more challenging to visualize! Last two pics are from Arizona. We stopped at the Historic Navajo Bridge towering over the Colorado River in this epic canyon.
