We ended up staying and exploring Ybor City - so much culture and history here in Tampa's Latin Quarter - once known as the Cigar Capital of the World. It was fun to be in a place celebrating Mardi Gras today. We walked the streets, went to a speakeasy, and sat on the balcony listening to Jazz music from the Mardi gras party below.
