Just a reminder to not give up! In 2021 I was at the lowest point of my life mentally, coming out of the pandemic I was lost with what I wanted to do after college and really insecure with my body. Looking back I’m glad I decided to change, I took these pictures at the time to show myself I could change both mentally and physically.
