Some days I have a breast pump in my hand. Other days, it’s a balloon pump. 😂🎈 Nearly 6 months exclusively breastfeeding, back teaching in-person classes, running incredible online sessions with artists, doing set-ups, running a business and being a mom… I’ve realised I’m not trying to “balance” it all anymore. I’m taking it day by day. I’m feeding my baby alongside teaching. I’m pumping between set-ups. I’m building my business around the life I have, rather than waiting for the “perfect” time. And honestly? That feels like balance to me. Not getting everything right. Not giving everything 50/50. Just doing what works for me, on that particular day, without putting so much pressure on myself. Because maybe balance was never about fitting everything in.
