po has always meant so much to me because he was never supposed to be “the one” in majority of people’s eyes. he was too big, too loud, clumsy and an absolute big back. he couldn’t make it through one kung fu lesson without absolutely eating shit. everyone looked at po and saw everything he wasn’t! he wasn’t the dragon warrior they expected, nor was he graceful. he lacked discipline and didn’t look like your run of the mill hero. and yet that was his greatest strength. po didn’t become the dragon warrior by turning into somebody else, and became the dragon warrior by finally believing that who he already was could be enough! and i LOVE that! the entire world kept telling him he was an outsider and a mistake, but po kept a genuinely positive attitude and saw the glass half full in every situation. he took the time to get to know each character, even though they all hated him at the beginning. po is proof that sometimes being overlooked isn’t a weakness, that kindness is a beauti...
